If PEPID is not listed in the Android market, please visit this FAQ
At the PEPID info screen, select the Install option at the bottom of the screen.
Once the download completes, open PEPID.
STEP 2: Download PEPID Suite
At the Login screen, enter your PEPID Account information (email address and password) and select the Login button. [show me] To access the Login screen: select the Manage Products button from the My PEPID screen..
On the Manage Products screen you will see the products you have available for download. To download a product, select the product and then select Yes on the download confirmation screen. Download time = 5-30 min.[show me] If you do not see your product listed, please contact PEPID Support
Once the download completes, you will get a confirmation message, click Ok on the Message. Next select the My PEPID button at the bottom of the screen. [show me] If your download fails, select the product again and then select Update to finish the download process.
At the My PEPID screen, select your PEPID Suite to begin using the program. [show me]
Select the Downloads tab to ensure there is no update for the PEPID applicaiton.
If there is an Update Avaialble for PEPID, select the PEPID heading. On the PEPID information screen, select the Update button to update your PEPID applicaiton.
Once you have verified the latest PEPID application is installed, please proceed to updating your PEPID Suite.
Step 2: Update PEPID Suite
Open PEPID and access the My PEPID screen. From this screen, select the Manage Products button.
At the login screen, enter your PEPID Account information (email address and password) and then select the Login button.
If your PEPID account information is already entered, select the Login button.
At the Manage Products screen, select the PEPID Suite you wish to update. From the Options screen select the Update button to update your PEPID Suite.
When the download is complete, return to the My PEPID screen to begin using your updated Suite.
